1. Introduction

Ironwood Logic (“Ironwood Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Arizona-based automation consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://ironwoodlogic.com (the “Site”), contact us, or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: the Site has no advertising or cross-site tracking, and its only analytics is a cookieless page-view count. We collect what you type into our forms so we can reply, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us

Our two forms ask for the following:

  • Discovery call form (/discovery/): first and last name, work email, company, phone number, team size, and an optional description of the process you want to improve.
  • Contact form (/contact/): first and last name, email, company (optional), and your message.

When you book a call, the scheduling page asks for your booking details and is pre-filled with your name, email, company, phone number and description of what feels slow from the discovery form. If you become a client, we also receive the information you share with us during discovery, scoping and the engagement itself.

b. Information collected automatically

Like any website, the Site receives standard technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the referring page. We use it only to deliver the Site, keep it secure, block spam and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and see in aggregate which pages are visited and how quickly they load. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

When you submit a form, we also check how long the form took to fill in and whether a hidden anti-spam field was left empty, and we send your IP address to Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm the submission came from a person.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Reply to your message and schedule and prepare for your discovery call
  • Write proposals and deliver the services you engage us for
  • Operate and protect the Site and our forms
  • Keep business records and meet legal, tax and contractual obligations

We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages because you filled in a form. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site and our business. Each receives only what it needs for its role, and each handles that information under its own privacy policy and terms:

  • Cloudflare hosts the Site, protects it from attacks and spam, runs the Turnstile check on our forms, and keeps short-lived request logs we use for troubleshooting. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which loads a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com to count page views and measure load times. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not follow you across other websites.
  • Zoho receives and stores form submissions (Zoho Forms) and runs our booking page at book.ironwoodlogic.com. We may also keep client and project records in other Zoho business applications.

Links to our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Bluesky, X, Mastodon and Facebook) are plain links. Those sites do not load or receive anything from you unless you click through, and their own privacy policies apply when you do.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not use advertising or social media tracking, and our own pages do not set cookies. Our only analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, described in section 4, which is cookieless. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people apart from bots, and Turnstile runs a check in your browser on pages with a form. Neither is used for advertising or to track you across other websites.

Because we do no cross-site tracking, there is nothing to switch off: we treat every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

6. Client Data and Ownership

When you engage us, the information we access in your systems is governed by our written agreement with you, and this policy applies alongside it.

  • You own your data, code, configurations and the work product we create for you. You receive the documentation and administrator access described in your written scope.
  • We build inside the software and cloud accounts you already own wherever possible. Anything we host for you can be moved to your own account on request.
  • We use only enterprise AI services whose business terms exclude your data from model training, set up in your name and often inside your own cloud account. Your proposal names the provider and the terms that apply.
  • We do not reuse or commercialize client data, and we access it only as needed to do the work you engaged us for.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions. Our forms are protected against spam and abuse before anything reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for our business records, and to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted when they are no longer needed. Client records are kept for the period our agreement or the law requires. Information we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or contractual reasons
  • Stop contacting you

To make a request, use our contact form and say it is a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

10. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date above. If we make a significant change to how we use personal information, we will make that clear on this page.
