About
Enterprise discipline, sized for growing businesses
Ironwood Logic is a Tucson, Arizona consulting firm that builds fixed-price, AI-powered workflow automation for businesses of 5 to 200 people, inside the software they already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zoho. We design those systems to be secure, documented and owned by you, not quick fixes that break when you grow.
Technology has two jobs: to accelerate your business and to protect it.
Most businesses want to move fast with automation and AI, but few have a foundation that can support it. Speed without structure creates fragility: workflows that break when one person is out, tools nobody can explain, and data scattered across systems that don't talk to each other.
We close that gap. Every engagement starts with architecture, so security, integration and resilience are in place before anything is accelerated. The result is operations that run predictably and hold up through growth, staff changes and vendor shifts.
Who we serve
Built for businesses that can't afford fragile systems
5 to 200 people
Growth-focused private businesses whose critical work runs across email, spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho and other disconnected software.
High-trust work
Finance, professional services and healthcare-adjacent firms, where an outage or a security incident is not an option.
Ready for rigor
Owners who want enterprise-grade architecture applied with small-business pragmatism, not a tool pitch.
Our principles
How our principles show up in the work
The Glass Box standard
You own the blueprints, the admin keys and the code. You get full visibility into how your systems work, explicit control over access and configuration, and a clean exit path by default. Nothing critical runs in the shadows.
Architecture before automation
We don't automate broken processes or put AI on unstable systems. Foundations come first, then integration, then automation, then intelligence, so each stage builds on the last instead of chasing one-off wins.
Performance is our responsibility
We don't exist to keep the lights on. We look for friction in your operation and remove it, applying automation or AI only where it produces durable leverage, not novelty.
Explicit ownership
Systems run in your cloud or are hosted securely in ours, depending on what the work needs. Either way, you own the architecture, configuration and logic. Dependency is not a business model.
Security is the foundation
We apply Zero Trust principles from the first design decision. Controls added later are compensating and fragile; a system that can't be defended shouldn't be accelerated.
Designed to endure
We build for leadership changes, vendor changes and growth, not just next quarter's roadmap. Documentation and training mean your team can run what we build.
How engagements run
A defined process, every time
Whether it's one workflow or a company-wide program, every engagement follows the same disciplined delivery model.
Discovery
We map your current systems, risk profile and automation opportunities before recommending anything.
Written scope
A fixed-price proposal naming the systems in scope, success metrics, timeline and the access required. Software and hosting costs are listed separately.
Staged build
Built and tested in stages with your team's review at each step, with a security review before anything goes live.
Handover and care
Documentation, training, full admin access and 30 days of support. Optional care plans add 24/7 monitoring and guaranteed response times.
Leadership
Built on discipline
Ironwood Logic's leadership brings more than 20 years of experience where innovation meets security. That foundation was built in the U.S. Air Force, managing critical missions, complex technical systems and multi-million-dollar technical programs, where reliability and governance are non-negotiable.
After military service, our leadership designed cloud infrastructure and intelligent systems for major enterprise technology firms around the world. Today we apply that same discipline to small and midsize private businesses that need enterprise-grade resilience without enterprise overhead.
Our mandate: give growth-focused businesses access to enterprise-grade automation, cloud and AI, without enterprise cost, complexity or lock-in.
