Every project includes integration with the systems you already use, modern or legacy, plus documentation, training, full admin handoff and 30 days of support. When a system has no ready-made connector, we confirm the best way in before we quote, so the price stays fixed. Software licenses and hosting are listed separately in your proposal. AI usage (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure) is billed by the provider to your own account, usually a few dollars to a few hundred a month, and is estimated in your proposal.
