Talk it through
30 minutes on your processes, tools and goals. We say plainly whether we can help, where AI could make a difference, and start with what your software can already do. Not sure what to automate? We'll walk through a typical week with you and show where the time goes.
Get a fixed quote
A written proposal with systems in scope, success metrics, fixed cost, timeline, required access, and software or hosting fees listed separately.
Build and test
Configuration, workflow testing and team review in stages, then a planned go-live once your team signs off.
Take the keys
Documentation, training and full admin access, plus 30 days of support. Ongoing care is optional, and our No Lock-in Pledge covers you either way.
Where it runs
In your accounts, on your terms
Most projects configure tools you already have: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
When something needs its own home, it goes in a cloud account you own on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud, or fully self-hosted when your security requirements call for it.
AI runs on enterprise models set up in your name, often inside your own cloud account, under business terms that keep your data out of model training. AI steps keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would cost you, with guardrails designed in from the start. More on our approach to AI.
No Lock-in Pledge
You can leave whenever you like
We want clients who stay because the work is good, not because leaving is hard. Every engagement comes with five commitments in writing.
You hold the keys
Accounts are created in your name with you as administrator. Anything we host for you can be moved to your own account on request.
Everything is documented
Every workflow, script and diagram is documented and handed over, so your team or any provider can run it.
Export anytime
You can export your workflows, data and configuration at any time. There are no exit fees.
Care is month to month
Care plans have no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
A clean handover
If you move on, we hand everything over to your team or your next provider and walk them through it.
